Every moment of that day is etched in my memory. I had just arrived at work ~ American Airlines ~ when the first plane hit. We all thought it was a small aircraft that had gone off course. Little did we know in that moment that it was ours. :-( A very difficult day when America and all of our lives were changed forever.
